Richard Mugume started at KVTC in 2009 as a part time teacher. In 2010 he became a full time teacher, and in 2011 was promoted to principal. In addition to those duties, he is on the board of the National Curriculum Development Centre. Mr. Mugume is focused on equipping his students with employable skills, instilling self reliance as well as Christian values, and creating good responsible citizens.
